How the platform fee works
On item value only
3%, 2% or 1% of the items in each order. Shipping, packaging and COD charges carry no fee.
Capped per order
Never more than ₹999, ₹749 or ₹499 an order. A ₹2,00,000 bulk order on Basic costs ₹999, not ₹6,000.
Waived when there's no sale
No fee on cancelled orders, RTOs or orders during your free trial. Delivered orders keep it, even if later returned.
One monthly charge
Your plan for the month ahead plus last month's fees, with 18% GST in India, and a GST tax invoice for every bill.
Your money stays yours
Buyers pay into your own Razorpay or PayU. Hyprknot never holds it and takes no cut of it; the fee is billed to you.
No setup or onboarding fee
Pay monthly, change plans when you grow, and cancel anytime.

How much does Hyprknot cost?
Plans are ₹2,999 (Basic), ₹5,999 (Pro) or ₹9,999 (Enterprise) a month plus 18% GST in India, or $59, $99 or $199 elsewhere. On top, a platform fee of 3%, 2% or 1% of each order's item value, never more than ₹999, ₹749 or ₹499 per order.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 14 days on the plan you pick, with its features. Nothing is charged during the trial and there is no platform fee on trial orders. We remind you before it ends, and you can cancel anytime.
What is the platform fee charged on?
On the item value of each order only, not on shipping, packaging or COD charges. It is capped per order, so a ₹2,00,000 bulk order on Basic costs ₹999, not ₹6,000. It is waived on cancelled orders and RTOs, and kept on delivered orders, including ones the customer later returns.
How am I billed?
One monthly charge to your card or UPI autopay: your plan for the month ahead, plus the platform fees from the month just gone, plus 18% GST in India. Every paid bill comes with a GST tax invoice.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Upgrades apply straight away; downgrades from your next charge. Cancel during the trial and it ends at once; after the trial, at the end of the month you have paid for.
Do I pay Hyprknot for my buyers' payments?
No. Buyers pay into your own Razorpay or PayU account, so the money goes straight to you. Your gateway's own fees are between you and the gateway.
What happens if a payment fails?
We email you and give you 3 days to pay. After that the store pauses: buyers can't order or add money, but orders already placed can still be shipped and returned. Paying resumes it at once.
